All the process from Raw Material to Finish Size are conducted in-house by high standard automated machines (CNC lathe upto 1000 mm OD, Band saws, CNC slotting machine )under the guidance of qualified operating team for immaculate finishing and heat treated with best technology for superior strength of the rolls to ensure efficient sheet rolling. The rolls are accurately designed by professional Copra software. The final profile is precisely checked with a steel template made on CNC wire cut machine to ensure accuracy.
